Do clients have to install an app from the store?
No. Clients open your app's link and add it to their home screen in about ten seconds. It works on iPhone, Android and computers, and notifications arrive like from any other app.
I keep my clients in Excel or another app. What happens to that?
Send us what you have and we'll move your clients and programs over for you, free, whenever possible. You just check it and send your clients a ready-made sign-in message.
Does it work for group and in-person training?
Yes. You book sessions for one or more clients, and during training you log each person's sets from your phone. Clients who train on their own log workouts in their app, and everything goes into the same log.
How much does it cost and how do I pay?
€30 a month, no matter how many clients, with every feature included. The first month is free. You pay month to month, with no long-term contract.
What happens after the free month?
If it works for you, you continue for €30 a month and everything stays as it is. If not, you pay nothing, and you can download all your data as spreadsheets.
Who can see my clients' data?
Only you and your clients: each coach sees only their own. Data is stored on servers in the EU (Ireland), and clients consent to the processing of health data when they first sign in, in line with GDPR.
Can I use my own name and logo?
Yes. The app carries your name, logo, icon and colour, and has its own address (e.g. yourname.fortis.coach). If you have your own domain, that works too.
Which languages does it support?
Serbian, Hungarian and English. Each client picks the language that suits them.
